Responding Recovery Ministries
An outreach of Jerry Liversage Ministries Inc.
- Listings of all USA Responding Recovery Group Meetings are noted on the "Responding 12 Step Recovery Group Meetings" section, which is located on the home page.
- Our long-term goal as of 2024, is to eventually establish a "Responding Recovery Center" in Corsicana, Texas. This center will serve as a Bible- based recovery location (drugs/alcohol), which will house a short-term live-in recovery program for women. We will be networking with other faith-based organizations with pre-abortion or post-abortion Spiritual counseling. Stay tuned for future announcements.
The Purpose
Responding Recovery Ministries is all about Responding to the Truth (Jesus). We are not about a program or a seminar, but about The God-man Jesus. We believe that Jesus can consume an individual in such a way that will restore the totality of the person spiritually, socially, mentally, and physically.
This material is available through Barnes and Noble, Walmart, Amazon, and Christian Book stores.
Responding 12-Step Recovery
Responding 12-Step Recovery and its new Workbook/DVD material, is authored by Jerry Liversage. His education is rooted in this area and he has had extensive experience in this arena as he has worked with various recovery organizations since 1989 and his own recovery from drug addiction.
This "DVD" teaching material is available through this website only. Go to "Products" on the home page of this site.
Responding 12 step Recovery workbook briefly refers to the traditional 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous but does not study the steps.
Responding 12 step Recovery has its primary focus on the Word of God to include the Power and Person of Jesus as its sole source to ANY recovery issue.
We believe the secular 12-Step world is a mission field that is ripe unto harvest for such a time as this. We focus on the Written and Living Word of God, which is all about Jesus.
This material has a single focus of being saturated in the Word of God. We will deal with areas such as chemical addiction, anger management, depression, low self-esteem, etc.. However, the main portion of the process is all about the Living Person of Jesus acting on the foundation of the individual’s life.
